Grameen Telecom Trust BhabanA Future Forward Commercial Landmark

Commissioned through a prestigious invitation only competition, the Grameen Telecom Trust Bhaban showcases innovation in high rise commercial architecture. Located on Mirpur Zoo Road, the 2+13 storied building spans over 345,000 SFT across 2.53 bighas of land, combining scale with strategic urban placement. Designed by DWm4 Architects, the structure is envisioned to serve as a center of excellence for progressive corporate activity.

As the structural consultant, TDM (The Designers & Managers) has played a critical role in engineering this landmark. From conceptual framing to structural detailing, our team ensured seamless integration with the architectural language while prioritizing durability, load performance, and long term sustainability. The project remains under construction, but it already stands as a symbol of collaboration, technical precision, and future facing development.
